Multi quote replies

How would you suggest a poster respond if you have multiple points or questions in your post? Just respond to the first one and ignore the rest?
Just write out the reply in a oner, do the odd paragraph if it helps them. Or yes, just respond about the bit or part they consider important to them, of better still if they're into multi quotes, just don't reply.

Some feedback guys. I KNOW what I wrote, I DO NOT need to re-read what I wrote in snippet form, so please DO NOT multi quote one of my posts, I will not simply read it.

You do not sit in a pub with a friend having a conversation and reply to something they've said in a multi quote way.

Now, when someone does it, I will reply that I do not read multi quote replies. The reason why I'm posting this as feedback is, some idiots still carry on multi quoting after being told not to. Please don't be that thicko.

In fact, I wish the multi quote option on every site was scrapped, then it means the planet will have to have normal conversations on the internet.
It's called "spaghetti posting" and it's hard on the eyes. I scroll right past them.

I thought the first person to reply would have had the quick witted comedy mind to multi quote me. You get graded F-
On another forum , when a multi-quote feature seemed to work , multi-quote meant that the quotation in the current response included the quotation from the previous response .

The + Quote is displayed for this moniker , so multi-quote is not optioned .

The nesting of quotes in multiple layers was sometimes , though seldom , preferred to reiterate citations so as to assure consistency for the topic during discourse .

When a post includes more than a single point of issue , usually by sentence or paragraph in standard writing , then breaking the original quote into separate quotes per point of issue is not an unreasonable expectation , as ensuring the focus of attention for each topic can be beneficial .

If yearn expectation is for those responding to maintain a single contiguous quote of your response , then would it not be more appropriate that you assure yearn responses include only a single point of issue ?

Breaking the original quote into multiple quotes does not match my understanding of multi-quoting .

* Multi Quoting
Not that I bother to multi-quote the fact is nobody really cares what you want. :dunno:

I can imagine two guys sitting at a bar, as they are conversing.

Bob: And I multi-quote, "Why am I even quoting you?"

John: Well, because you have a bad habit of quoting nonsensical things people say."

Bob: I think I will have another drink, do you want another John?

John: Are you going to quote me on it? Or in this case, multi-quote me?

Splitting up a quote makes it more manageable.
It's a courtesy to ensure I leave nothing out.
Your courtesy is lost on more than a few participants on this forum whom choose to exemplify having rocks for brains for abiding by the simpleton rule of malicious compliance for shallow indulgence , whereby only the first sentence is addressed .
When someone replies with a novel, I just answer the first question that's in it, then I watch them go crazy that I didn't answer all the questions.
