PERIOD! As for those that went to jail, none of it had anything to do with Russia. PERIOD!
Now, on completion of the Durham investigation, some on the left may be looking at some time behind bars, IF the right can get control of the house and senate, because the left won't prosecute its own.

I don't recall Putin offering any Russian to appear in a U.S. court

No. It wasn't. The report was initially commissioned as opposition research by one of Trump's opponents. Clinton's campaign picked it up..but oddly, didn't use any of it to their advantage during the campaign. Even after Comey put the final nail in her run for President.
