Get it straight. If the rich NYC elite want to stay and pay for free buses, daycare, housing and groceries for their fellow citizens....GREAT. Good for them.

But if they don't....if they all move out....then we know AGAIN that socialism only works under the boot of an authoritarian govt.

I predict the latter. If I'm wrong and the NYC elite are just itching to pay for all kinds of social programs, then all kinds of poor people will move to NYC.
