Let’s look at Ballot Harvesting
You work in a nursing home and offer to collect all the ballots of residents and bring them to a drop box outside City Hall

Every ballot is linked to a legitimate voter and that voter cast a ballot, signed and sealed it in an envelope provided.

Where is the voter fraud?

First off, ballot harvesting is illegal. It's illegal for a reason. Second, it's very nice of the democrat working at the nursing home to encourage the residents there to vote, even helping them fill out their ballots, even stuffing a hundred of them into the ballot box, even when the resident has so much dementia they don't even know who they are voting for.
