the people doing hypnosis that were not trained by Dolores Cannon probably do not care about the well-being and personal problems of their clients like Dolores and her hypnosis students do. that is probably why it does not work for some people. i think you should try hypnosis with one of Dolores' students. you can check to see which students are in your area at Find a Practitioner | QHHT Official Website

i think some people do not respond well to hypnotists that do not have pure intentions to sincerely help their clients.
 
In 2022 in December, I was in Rehab, I did sports and had a healthy diet, I lost 5kg, When I came home end of december I had 134kg, now in June after half a year Im currently at 142kg and it is getting more and more. So I gained alot of weight and it doesnt stop. I gain weight more and more. Can you comfort me, motivate me and give me some tipps? Actually I know it, I need to eradicate the fast food like McDonalds and the candies, and cakes. I need to eat more vegetables, but I dont have the discipline and love to eat, Burgers are my favourites.
Eat healthier food, even if you don’t care for the flavor. Eat less. Exercise.

Stop eating so much and walk 5 miles a day.

plus, among diabetics, this logic often leads to harmful trains of thought such as thinking guzzling copious amounts of fruit juice is a healthy alternative to guzzling pop.
 
Cardio alone isn’t enough.

Lift weights.

More muscle equals faster fat burning.

Lifting is more fun than cardio and you’re more likely to stick to long term fitness goals if lifting is added to dieting and walking more

Since you’re fat now, you’ll want to have some muscle to fill in the sags if you do lose the fat

When you have muscle you’ll get more attention from the girls and more respect from other guys

Getting started is the hard part. It gets easier. Once you start to see your sleeves bulge a little or your shoulders getting wide you’re motivation to keep lifting will increase.

Similarly, the first time you have to tighten your belt a notch while dieting motivates you to continue to diet and walk.

Life is about choices.
Sometimes I find if you can reach a point where you feel good, you'll not want to go back to feeling bad. So you put the effort in for a while, cut out the rubbish. I was like that, running twice a week, and then I pulled my hamstring. Three years later it's still pulled. A pain in the ass.

I agree w/ the first thing but the 2nd.. I think of Trump who may not do sugar but does fast food

He's over-weight but otherwise seems healthy, has a lot of energy

umm... just about anything is healthier than guzzling pop. Yuck.. I hate the stuff.. nothing but carbonated sugar and fake flavor
 
There is no magic involved.

But the solution is easily stated. Consume way fewer calories. Eat foods which are actually healthy for you. Drink water.

And of course, burn more calories than you consume.

You need discipline. Weight yourself every morning. Not once a week. And not at night.

I don't think one should habitually eat fewer calories than he burns.

You can do that for a day or two (if not underweight) but I don't recommend it otherwise. I used to study nutrition.. I probably learned more from my own experiences than from the books, though.

If you’re morbidly obese and urgently trying to lose weight, yes. Of course you should eat fewer calories than you burn. Every day. Losing the weight is crucial for your health.

One can level off after the most dangerous weight has been reduces to somewhat safer levels.
