The final Morning Consult poll is in, and Biden is leading in most swing states, consistent with most other polls.

Biden is winning Independents pretty big.

And despite nonsensical claims that "30%" or "40%" of blacks are voting for Trump, that's hogwash.

What's interesting in these numbers is he's only getting 52% of the White vote... This would be the lowest number since Bob Dole in 1996, and that was because a third party candidate sapped away the vote.

These numbers certainly are encouraging.

But I continue to believe that Trump will have a second term the consequence of pandemic-related vote-counting disasters, lawsuits and court battles, and eventually the Trump Court awarding Trump the state or states he needs to win.

In the United States presidents come to power via an anti-democratic process, contrary to the will of the majority of the people; that’s why the polls are accurate and correct but not designed to determine the outcome of our anti-democratic process.
