More winning - over 3 million off food stamps under Trump

A lot of good things happened as soon as the Donald was elected. Economy started to get better right away knowing the Dems lost. That’s the power of optimism.
If the Democrat Socialists (who they really are) win enough to take the House this Fall, the current robust economy and optimism will crash into a dust heap. We will soon experience Venezuela-like inflation of one million percent.

In spite of all the hateful lying liberals, he still moves us forward!

FACT CHECK: TRUMP SAYS 3.5 MILLION PEOPLE HAVE BEEN LIFTED OFF FOOD STAMPS

President Donald Trump said in remarks at the White House recently that 3.5 million Americans have been lifted off food stamps.

Verdict: True

The number of people receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits declined by 3.6 million since Trump was elected president and 3.1 million since he assumed office.

Fact Check:

Trump mentioned the decline in food stamp recipients, along with a number of other statistics that highlighted the health of the economy, after the Bureau of Economic Analysis announced that gross domestic product grew an estimated 4.1 percent in the second quarter of 2018.

There are jobs out there so people can go back to work. No need for food stamps unless you are a freeloader.

There is nothing to be praised about this without information that supports a finding that there is no hunger in the U.S. Otherwise, it's bullshit.
Poor poor troll. Everyone wants to come to America, where even the poor people are fat!

Obesity stems from eating cheap food, lack of proper nutrition, and poor eating habits. Michelle Obama was right to emphasize fresh fruits and vegetables. A proper meal is not a bag of chips from the convenience store or a $1 box of mac-and-cheese food.

Arguing that there are jobs out there unless one is lazy is ridiculous and mindless absent any analysis of where these jobs are located, whether there is affordable transportation to get to them, whether the unemployed have the skills to fill them, and whether these jobs pay enough to furnish a decent lifestyle in this economy. A lot of people in need of food aid are actually working.

There is no systemic problematic starvation in America. The number of people starving to death in this country is so low the stats are not even kept up on it.

With free food kitchens everywhere as well as "food drives" we have an abundance of food. People who go hungry do so of their own accord.

Considering 2/3 of all adults in America are obese, I'd say hunger isn't our problem. OVEREATING is. The few kids who starve to death in this country each year are always because of a parent choosing drugs over food for their kids and old people who starve do so because they are old and can no longer eat normally. Otherwise healthy adults who die of starvation almost always have an eating disorder.

We don't have to prove that there is no hunger, YOU have to prove there is. And good luck with that.

So you dedicate yourself to denial. Obesity is a nutritional problem. Cheap food; bad eating habits, lack of understanding of why certain foods are important and certain foods are bad. This is why I don't understand why Mrs. Obama was mocked for her efforts. She has had access to modern medical findings.

Please start giving a damn about your fellow Americans.

So are you trying to claim fat people are actually starving to death?

I asked you to prove there was a starvation problem in this country and you pointed to fat people.

Not a good start.

People make choices of what to put in their bodies. If they are overweight they aren't starving. They might be nutritionally lacking but that's their own choice. It's much easier to go buy a burger than to buy a salad but that's the choice of the person.

I don’t see how they can win the House. So many districts are red. The Dems are all piled into their urban shit heaps.
