More people have died from (fill in the blank) than have died of omicron.

For example:

More people die from their organs getting sucked out their asses while sitting on pool drains than die of omi-con

When I was surfing for bizarre deaths, I came across a single poodle falling from a 13th floor balcony, but caused three deaths.

It killed the first person it landed on,

a second person got hit by a bus while watching the poodle fall onto the first person,

and a third person died from a heart attack while watching the poodle hit the first person and the bus hitting the second person.
