The “Agents” didn’t remove the gun. One Agent removed the gun and immediately turned away and left.

So the agents didn't remove the gun....but you say an agent removed the gun.

None of what you listed is a capital offense. Hopefully the shooter(s) will spend the rest of their lives in a very small jail cell.

The latest report in my opinion as a US Lawfare member was an illegal use of deadly force by ICE. After he was disarmed there was no imminent threat and would have been restrained.
In context Pretti was in a violent encounter a week before breaking his rib. He then went to a protest with a loaded gun and inserting himself into the conflict. Thats revenge as motive and there is intent. It still doesnt support him being shot. Only that his judgement was poor and his act was total stupidity

They could have let the OC spray do it's thing, but instead decided that 5-6 men needed to jump him. It's not a good look, for ICE regardless of the political side everyone wants to choose.

IMO he is emotionally disturbed radicalized and wanted revenge. He was based on the previous vide an extremely violent person. ICE acted poorly escalating the situation and there was no reason to shoot him. He was helpless when they fired on him.

Yep, this is where two truths can exist at the same time. The left and the right can't figure that out. Both sides acted poorly which resulted in a terrible tragedy.

There's upholding the law and then there's abusing it.

Before Trump, and even during his first term, they didn't bother to do after people who were here without documentation if they weren't committing other crimes.

Now Trump is not only going after the undocumented, he's going after legal immigrants and even citizens.

This is why the community is out in force, and it should be.
