More New England Patriots skipping White House visit

But you're leaving out the lawsuit factor.

What lawsuit factor? About 80-85% of an NFL contract is boilerplate clauses agreed upon between the NFL and the NFLPA. All this would require is an agreement between those two entities, based on the knowledge that they're losing money over these issues.

The league should promote this as a,replacement for going after each player on the Personal Conduct policy when they do these things. Gee, isn't that the same thing they used to hammer Tom Brady, and been supported by the courts? Courts that will soon be even less likely to support anti-Americanism as Trump puts more of his stamp on the Judiciary.

The league will be shaken down by racism lawsuits. The NFLPA will side with their mostly black clientele.

Had Trump not won football would have been outlawed in American by ever-so-caring liberals within 18 more months. I don't know why, though, as concussions surely cause tens and tens of new converts to liberalism every year......

The NFL is interested in money. Nothing more. If more people stop putting money in the league's pocket over this, it will change IMMEDIATELY.
Of course they're interested in money. That's why they don't want to be sued by race hustlers. Especially considering how much they bank on black players.

One more time..... When the NFL and NFLPA come to the agreement, and put it in the CBA - PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUE!!!!!!!

Even if they try, the US Courts have ruled the NFL Commissioner has the power to implement unilateral discipline.

Got it now?!?!?!

It's not about the players suing. It's about black shakedown artists suing. The players will side with the racists and the NFL will lose big time.
Get it?

The individuals you're talking about have no standing to sue the NFL. The players will not be able to side with the Sharptons and such, due to the agreement with the league.

Once that agreement is in place it would greatly reduce, almost eliminate, the ability of players to support groups like BLM and other Anti-American organizations.

Until the rubber actually meets the road.
On paper it's one thing. When the appearance is jeopardized by the shakedown racists and they garner the support of the players, the NFL will shit itself.
But the NFL won't let it get to that point. As we see with their acquiescense to kaperdick, Beyonce, etc.

I think the NFL is,going to have to take a,stronger stance, or risk losing more fan support.

I think we may see that this coming off season. The new 49ers Coach wants,to try to pry Kirk Cousins away from the Redskins. If he's able to, Kaepernick becomes unnecessary baggage in the SF area and may be cut. If cut, how many teans, will want to sign him? The question. If he finds himself unemployed, it may be a sign to the league that fans are telling their teams they don't want that anti-Anerican sentiment in their town.
