Doesn't really matter. When the constitution gave you the right to bare arms, it was weapons of war they were referring to.
Actually literally the constitution doesn't give you a right to own a hunting rifle it gives you the right to own a weapon of war.
So in essence dear hunters and other sportsman are using a weapon of war to do their hunting
You can go out with bare arms all you want. Have no problem men wearing sleeveless shirts at all. I quite enjoy those kinds of “gun shows”.
But as for shooting “dear”, whose “dear” are you planning on shooting? My husband is no longer “dear” to me but I still don’t want to see him shot.
The Constitution gives you right to “bear arms”, but only as the nation needs a “well-regulated militia” for the defence of the nation. You 2nd Amendment fools always leave out that qualifier.
Since the USA ended government militias in the early 1900’s and now has a large and very well equipped standing army, the 2nd Anendment no longer applies and should have been repealed or replaced when the USA no longer counted on militias for their defence.
