There is no underlying crime that is needed to elevates falsifying business records for a felony. Therefore the charge would be a misdemeanor, that has long since passed its statute of limitations.

I just came from Microsoft news feeds. Almost every single article was either anti Trump/Republicans. Heaven forbid they actually be as self-introspective as they are hyper critical. But it's good to know at least some of them aren't completely brainwashed zombies.
