In Eugene-Springfield, about 80 miles south of Portland--The Domestic Violence types of calls--upwards of 17% are behavioral problem calls--are now the responsibility of about 2% of the budget. Senator Rand Paul even knows that liberty tends to reduced expense.

To demonstrate the inefficiency of the federal response in Portland--Compare the response of those cities--maybe two or three(?)--or four depending on NE Portland.

Remove the federal presence, instigation levels diminish. (Especially do not do leave under cover of darkness!

The Seattle 10:30 a.m. march was quiet. 3 hours later, then a looting group showed up. Santa Monica had seen the diversion problem months ago. That could said to be predictable. Southern California gangs know about police behavior--and likely in Seattle the "Essential Worker" household are probably impacted, and have learned.

Well this confirms what we've all believed all along...that these
"protesters" (rioters, actually) are all the products of smothering over protective mommies and some daddies
whose pampering and over indulgence has produced monsters and narcissistic head cases who feel they have the right to do whatever they deem "necessary".

Has a single one of these horrible parents ever considered their little darlings should not destroy Portland's federal court house and what they've been doing every single evening is very wrong and destructive?

Jacksonville, FL is the most contagious, super-spreader city in America--likely even in their prayers. It will be one thing to spend the thousands of dollars to get to Jacksonville, stay in Jackson, Hibernate(?) in Jacksonville--for the RNC event. Then getting back into many of the states will require a 14 days quarantine. Jacksonville is in Florida.

What may impact Hospitalizations, nationwide even: Is the possible or likely "Super-spreader" contagion of shouting, yelling, coughing and spitting anti-American(?), pro-Trump demonstrators attending the Trump Incoherence Explanation(?): Of the Administration. It has been seen on recent TV that "Factl-checking," however--doesn't work to well for the Trump Administration, starting at the top.

A U.S. District Attorney is investigating at least two incidents in Portland. Those may have been ordered at the top.

A source of the property problem, however: is the proximity of a Portland jail next door to the federal locations: aka, Next Door!

Likely there was inter-agency cooperation commencing late June. Usually local authorities, however, take the lead on press briefings and other information.
