Mississippi Official Rejects Trump Voter Fraud Commission's Data Request

The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity sent a letter to the states on June 28 asking for voters' names, addresses, birth dates, voting history and military status, among other information. The letter did not detail what the commission will do with the data, but asked states to send it by July 14. The commission said everything would be made publicly available.

Mississippi official: Fraud commission can 'go jump in Gulf of Mexico'

Hosemann's state joins more than 20 others in refusing to turn over voter roll data to the commission, which on Thursday sent letters to all 50 states asking for voters' names, birthdays, the last four digits of their Social Security numbers and their voting history dating back to 2006.

Let's make sure we understand this.

voters' names
addresses
birth dates
voting history going back more than a decade
military status
Social Security Number

WTF?

The GOP police state taking root. They will destroy this country to turn it into the one they want. Authoritarian, here we come!

Republicans think they want a police state. Do they realize what that means?

Trump's mistake was in not making it a subpoena. That will come next time.

It stands at 25 states right now. Also apparently they are asking for drivers license numbers as well. The Mississippi Secretary of State is a true conservative who apparently believes in privacy unlike fake conservatives who think this is a banana republic.

Trump's mistake was in not making it a subpoena. That will come next time.

First you have to convince a judge that a crime might have been committed. You have to have some evidence of that. How a state votes is not proof of fraud. Any judge that grants a subpoena should be impeached.

A other state where the voters consist mostly of dead people. Truth must be covered up by any means necessary.

No wonder Hillary won there.

TRUE THE VOTE SUPPORTS PRESIDENT TRUMP’S CALL TO INVESTIGATE ELECTION FRAUD READY TO LEAD FORENSIC AUDIT EFFORT
True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht offers this response to President Trump’s recent announcement calling for a nationwide investigation in to voter fraud.

“I am incredibly optimistic that we may be able to finally tackle the very real problems plaguing our election processes. The chaos documented during the 2016 election cycle was the clearest and loudest warning shot to date - systemic election problems must be resolved, or they will soon be the cause of a national crisis.

Current research exists only in silos of disparate data and shallow analysis, offering no basis for comprehensive examination. Known problems, like non-citizen voting, are rarely chronicled and anecdotal evidence is insufficient.

It is for this reason that True the Vote, supported by a select group of technologists, statisticians, researchers, auditors, scholars, futurists, election law experts, and process specialists, is leading a forensic audit with targeted investigations to expose election fraud and offer solutions.

All this does is prove that Trump was correct in saying the Democrats committed massive voter fraud. This refusal to cooperate is proof of their guilt.

True the Vote has been fighting this fight for a long time now. Along with a LAWSUIT against the IRS. They were targeted by the IRS under Obama.

They have been going to court all across the country and legally challenging voter data bases that have not been updated for decades, and they are winning. Getting court orders to upgrade county voter records that had those on the books who were already in the graveyard.

States and counties have a responsibility to maintain voter registration records and update them to ensure accurate accounting. This is lacking across the entire country.

True The Vote Sues MS Secretary of State, GOP over Cochran's Alleged Voter Fraud - Breitbart

Conservative election integrity organization True The Vote filed suit in federal court Tuesday against Mississippi’s Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann and the Mississippi Republican Party, asking a judge for an immediate injunction against them so that the election material from the state’s June 24 GOP primary runoff can be inspected.
The lawsuit comes as allegations that Sen. Thad Cochran’s (R-MS) campaign and his allies engaged in voter fraud to win last Tuesday’s runoff against conservative state Sen. Chris McDaniel. Cochran bested McDaniel by fewer than 7,000 votes but did so with an overwhelming turnout from liberal Democrats in the black community.

“All we are asking is that the MS State Republican Party follow the law; allow their designated county representatives to inspect the poll books and ballots, give them the review time they are permitted by law, and allow them to uphold their responsibility to MS voters,” True the Vote president Catherine Engelbrecht said in a statement about the suit. “True the Vote has been inundated with reports from voters across Mississippi who are outraged to see the integrity of this election being undermined so that politicos can get back to business as usual. Enough is enough.”

They don't care which party they are suing. They will sue either party if they see voter fraud.

If elections are happening in Afghanistan or Iraq, our State Department would insist they be fair and free from corruption, and yet our nation has the most corrupt elections in the world.

All this does is prove that Trump was correct in saying the Democrats committed massive voter fraud. This refusal to cooperate is proof of their guilt.

Is Mississippi, Utah, Tennessee, and Indiana guilty as well?

Wow. Republicans with all their solutions. Solutions in search of problems. I say work on the problems we really do know about.

Amazing how many Republicans are against this.
