This goal of hiring to a “correct” representation level - i.e. blacks are 13% of the population so the goal is to have 13% of doctors be black, 13% of CEOs be black, 13% of the Harvard student body be black, etc. - leads to LOWERED STANDARDS for blacks.

Harvard is blatant about it, too. They sent out “invite letters” to high school seniors where blacks got a letter with an SAT of around 1100, whites needed 1200, and Asians needed 1350.

Or what about the report of the black girl with a 1550 SAT who got into ALL 8 Ivies, yet an Asian boy with a 1600 was rejected from ALL 8 Ivies.

And Democrats fight to keep these racist policies in place. The obvious truth is that they support racism when it favors blacks.

From a plain reading of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, it sounds like MPS is in clear violation of the CRA and the 14A and Minnesota's own Constitution.
