The SC has already decided that the phrase, "In God We Trust" doesn't actually mean anything therefore no one should be offended. Teddy Roosevelt sure as hell thought it did though, and called the very idea blaspheme when rejecting it.

why would you argue the supreme court on this one but hold fast on their mis interpretation on health care being a right.

The court doesn't have to be right or wrong, but what it decides is Constitutional. If I believed in God, or I was God, I would not be happy about my name being on what pays for drugs and porn eh, nor would I be pleased to find out that, according to the SC, "In God We Trust" doesn't actually mean anything, it's purely symbolic and ceremonial so therefore it does not endorse religion.

The last time I checked with many major religions, God still actually meant something important but the SC disagrees. To them "God" is innocuous.
