I don't want to be mean but sometimes I think that same thing when I'm out among people. I think it's the S.A.D, but also that a lot people are sedentary these days.

SAD is definitely the root cause, but yes, many other factors at work.

Eating out too much, portion sizes are way too much, people too lazy to cook, people not knowing what foods to avoid and which ones to eat, there are alot of different reasons.
