No. Thanks for asking. Was Trump a partisan for some aspects of conservatism? I believe he was. Was it as reflexive and knee-jerk and all consuming as Brandon’s is (or as his handlers’ partisanship is)? Not nearly.

was this before or after several of her positions were sent back for overreach? yes, this is still early and no, i won't go crazy at the first few reports, but i am going to wait and see what we know about her before i go one way or the other. those who tend to ignore the constitution and go "political" have zero place on the bench in my mind.

As promised, we all knew Biden would choose a radical left activist judge who will vote up and down the Progressive agenda for America, with a history of defending terrorists at Gitmo Bay and advocating for illegal immigrants more than American citizens.

She will be a good Uncle Tom for the Left as Blacks live in a perpetual cycle of Black on Black violence and despair in Democrat cities around the country with no hope in sight.

I just have two things to say:

1. Republicans were able to push through the last three judges so it is Democrat's turn now. That's the bottom line. It is what it is.

2. Yes, Biden beat the hell out of Bernie in the 2020 primaries because even democrat voters didn't want socialism and preferred the more "moderate" candidate. Unfortunately, as soon as Biden was elected, he threw his moderate shoes out the window and has shown his true colors of being a puppet socialist.

I remember back to the 2016 election where Hillary was on record as constantly saying that she wanted to raise the minimum wage up to only $12 per hour and not the $15 socialists wanted because she claimed that anything over $12 per hour would be bad for business. One day a reporter asked her if she became president and had a Democratic House and Senate who passed a bill for a $15 minimum wage, would she support it and her response was, "Sure". Guess she didn't think it was bad for business after all.

Hear tell that higher courts have often overturned her decisions, for they often are not based on the law but on her personal point of view.

But that does not matter.

The liberals now have a Justice who will have already made up her mind even before the oral arguments start.
