Sam was supposed to have a hearing yesterday, 12/19/2022. He requested a remote hearing because he lives far away, is dealing with "employment issues" and press inquiries.

Request was denied due to the serious nature of the charge (Felony 1st Degree).

Hearing rescheduled for February 15th, 2023.
