But the other major causes - addiction, mental illness, poverty, and gun proliferation- The Japanese address those, and have little crime.

The vast majority of black folk have done exactly that. I work with them every day. They live in my neighborhood and shop at the nicer grocery stores and eat at nice restaurants, just as I do. They are friends, co-workers and bosses of mine.

The black permanent dependency class are much fewer in number. They are victims of failing public schools, and white and black politicians who encourage them to strive for economic victimhood instead of economic success.
