Here is where all of those rights you mentioned are protected by the Constitution:
Ninth Amendment
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Tenth Amendment
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
Note that there is no such clause anywhere in the Constitition or in any of the amendments that applies to powers of the federal government. Powers are enumerated in the Constitution, and so are rights. But only for rights did the founders see fit to remind us that there are other rights not listed.
The constitution does not give the courts a supervisory role over the Executive and the Legislative branches, any more than it gives those branches supervisory powers over the courts.
