He knew better to make such remarks in the workplace, but he let his religion cloud his judgment. He also could of easily had talked to the manager about what was going on. He chose not to.

Except I'm not screaming bloody hell. I'm commenting on a story I saw on Fox News. The woman was a homosexual who was married that he said those comments to. If he had said "I think Gay Marriage is Alright" there would be no problem because those are her views. He's not imposing any views on her in that case. That is where your problem lies.
