marijuana legalization

Paul never contradicted Jesus. translating errors by Catholicism caused the contradictions.

"By speaking of a new covenant, He has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear."

This is a direct contradiction to what Jesus said about the law.

Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. 1For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven;

Paul claimed that Jesus made mosaic law obsolete with something else. A specious lie.

The only thing about the law that became obsolete was the wrong way to understand the figurative language and do it that fulfills the promise of abundant blessings in life on earth

The "new" covenant is the same as the "old" covenant. Jesus taught people to understand the metaphors and comply with the law the exact same way that Moses taught to follow the law, the way that was lost to time after the death of Moses when people "turned aside from the way he taught to follow the law", Deuteronomy 31:29, that became known as the talmud after more than 1000 years, what Jesus called the traditions of men.

to understand what Jesus meant when he said "least", "whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven" see Genesis 3:14

There are some differences with the new covenant--The NT says law will be written on ones heart. Some of the mosaic Laws were done away with--such as stoning one to death.
Men can easily twist what is said in the bible=100,s of religions claiming to be Christian= a mass of confusion, because of twisting what is said.

Pot is a dangerous drug. Encouraging or subjecting others to pot is criminal.
Pretty simple and obvious interpretation there.
Any rationalizing response is twisting that fact.

When Jesus said, "its not what goes into your mouth (and out of your ass) that defiles a person, its what goes into the mind and out of the mouth that defiles a person" he was clearly teaching that the law, the entire law, uses figurative language, the subjects hidden.

Everything from what or what not to eat, what to wear, sexuality, circumcision, stoning to death, ritual slaughter, how to worship God, etc. all have deeper implications not necessarily directly connected to the literal meaning of the words used that actually reflects Divine wisdom apparently still above the grasp of many who think they are wise.

The more you clean out what is twisted in your own mind, the more obvious it will become

This is my flesh. Eat it and you will never know what it is to die.

Pot is a dangerous drug.

Exactly. Studies have found a link between marijuana and violence! Its science man!

Jesus never said your last sentence.

Jesus never said your last sentence.
See John 6:51, and then admit you are wrong and just stop wasting your precious time.

Seriously. Is that the best you can do? Is that all you got? Damn. Your teachers suck.

"The kingdom of heaven is like hidden treasure lying buried in a field. The man who found it (Jesus) BURIED IT AGAIN.."

If you look and look and keep on looking you will find it. If you don't, you never will.

Your twisting it into unreality--The apostles did just that, yet every one of them died. Jesus was speaking about after the resurrection into Gods kingdom--that is where eternal life is.

I disagree.

Like Jesus the apostles died after they were resurrected from the dead. Eternal life is here and now for all those who listen to the teaching of Jesus about how to understand the figurative language used in the law and do it. Its the only way to comply with the Law that fulfills the promise of eternal life here and now. The choice between life, a blessing, or death, a curse, is not only about if a person complies with divine law its about how they comply with the Law.

If Jesus said, "This is eternal life; knowing he who truly is God" then the kingdom of God is on earth, if you know he who truly is God as defined by the righteous interpretation of his Law.

Jesus said sinners and prostitutes were entering the kingdom of God ahead of the pharisees.

What do you see in your mind when you read this? People floating up into the sky?people dying in droves? committing suicide? or entering the kingdom by acting of the teaching of Jesus?

Death is the consequence of sin. Sin is disobedience to the law. Eternal life is the promise for complying with the Laws demands. This doesn't happen after death but only during life.

The kingdom of God is an eternal kingdom. There has never been a time when God wasn't God

If a person does not enter the kingdom of God while still living on earth, when they die they will be judged according to their words and deeds. This should be a terrifying expectation for most.

The people judged worthy of the resurrection, now, are not subject to judgment when they die because they have already passed from death to life, rose from the dead before they died.

All who partake in the 1st resurrection will not be harmed by the 2nd death, death of the body.

Most believers never really believed in the bullshit they will be freed from by repenting anyway. They are all pretending. Rising from the dead is as easy or as difficult as it is for a person to be honest with themselves and others. Now there is no alibi, excuse, or rationale, for not doing so.

The firmament, basis, of the kingdom of God is the Law which stretches out above your head from horizon to horizon like a crystal clear vault. If you do not stand on the law you are under it.

Screw your teachers. They are wrong. Is that too hard to believe? Think for yourself, if you dare

Medical pot is a ruse. That’s why there is no FDA approval.
Pot is a dangerous drug.
Pot advocates are ignorant, stupid and/or psychopathic.
The ignorant ones can be helped with legit info.
Only fools rely upon or believe the FDA. If you did not learn that in these last 4 years you're not paying attention.

FYI, back in 1981 a DEA Administrative Law Judge Francis Young, after several days of hearings, concluded that marijuana was "the safest therapeutic substance known to man".

The Subject of the thread is "marijuana legalization". Stay on topic or leave to start a religion thread, elsewhere.

Satan and his minions were seen all together in Congress yesterday.
Two people jerking off in church. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two people farting in a mosque. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two people dicking around over whats for dinner. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two billionaires raping the earth and abusing the poor. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two atheists looking for God with a microscope. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two insane preachers demonizing marijuana. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two dudes smoking a lot of pot daily. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two junkies trying to get a fix. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two cops arresting "criminals". One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two conmen trying to rip off the gullible. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two white nationalists drunk on bigotry. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two celebrities idolizing themselves. One will be taken, the other left behind.

Two congressmen violating the public trust. One will be taken, the other left behind.

The resurrection occurs here-Rev 20--this is after Armageddon=Rev 19:11--The bible shows truth. Armageddon has not occurred yet.
