In 2005, it was still illegal in Amarillo. How do I know this? Because I got caught with an ounce or two and had to serve 30 days in jail. And, the following year, I got caught with a marijuana pipe and had to do 7 days for a paraphenelia charge.

Personally? I think they should drop it off of Schedule I and put it at III or IV, legalize it (think of all the jobs that would be created), tax it, and sell it like they do in CO.

Good news, but way past due.

That is a violation of law, and it is against the law "not to enforce it". New Law of the Land, seems to be pick the laws you want to enforce and disregard the one's you don't. This would lead to if someone does not like you or you are poor you will be charged and if you are rich you get to walk.
