If Biden can't get something passed in a bipartisan vote, that contradicts what he campaigned on. Although he'll blame the gop. And not without some basis. Caputo couldn't come up with 400billion or so new revenue or cutting some program to pay for it. She wanted "new deficit appropration." They can still get a bipartisan bill, if 10 gopers agree, to find already appropriated money to avoid a tax hike or new deficit.

All the rest of this progressive spending stuff .... that wasn't it. Biden ran on "restoring the soul of America" and getting a covid econ recovery. Education is one significant determinant.
