Having been humiliated by the massive fraud that democrats tried to hide as taxpayers were stuck with the financial burden of fraud and theft by Somali’s (and others), the California politburo has now decided to protect fraud and theft by making it illegal to investigate such fraud and theft.

In a move straight out of a totalitarian playbook, the California Assembly Judiciary Committee voted 11-2 on Monday to advance AB 2624, the so-called “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” a disgusting Democrat power grab designed to make it illegal for brave citizen journalists like Nick Shirley to expose the rampant fraud bleeding American taxpayers dry in immigrant service centers.

No, they did not. Right in your OP you quoted, "the California Assembly Judiciary Committee." They voted to advance it which means it can be considered in the full assembly.

Either way, it's an obvious First Amendment violation and won't hold up in court.

They will find a liberal judge to say it's constitutional.
