You die a LOT sooner from dehydration than 7 days. Usually 3 days.

How long can humans last without water?

There's probably a whole lot more involved than just some bailiffs being mean to a caged psychotic.

I think that to know what really happened more investigations are needed.

This qualifies as torture and murder. It is one of those stories you'd think came out of the Soviet Union back in the day.

The police are outright torturing and murdering people.

Our police force and justice system are a danger to the mentally ill. People who are mentally ill are nearly 20xs more likely to be killed at the hands of the police. They need better training on how to deal with different illnesses.
