What the hell is wrong with these idiot "Progressive" judges?

F'in idiots getting innocent people killed or maimed across these leftoid cities.

We may have the worst story of an innocent person murdered in a progressive city by someone who should have been in jail yet. It's sad that people losing their lives in these progressive cities by repeat offenders isn't rare. Especially, not on the left coast. But here's a guy who was freed on bail EIGHT DAYS EARLIER after the judge made him promise not to commit any more crimes.

He did not keep his promise. Meet Aaron Fulk.

He's the piece of garbage who beat a 66-year-old man to death on the streets of Seattle with a metal pole. Fulk is currently being charged with first-degree murder and held on a $2.5 million bond.

Eight days ago, according to Daily Mail, Fulk was arrested on felony harassment charges for threatening to kill a city worker. Prosecutors requested $10,000 bail. You see, Fulk is also a repeat offender who has been charged with assault, aggravated battery, and attempted assault in the past.

Pierce County Superior Court Judge Philip Thornton didn't seem to care. He freed Fulk on his own recognizance but gave him strict orders: Don't commit any more crimes.

Fulk didn't listen. And now a man is dead.

Seattle is one of many progressive cities that, at the behest of their progressive voters, voted to defund the police in 2020. The mostly white city also forced out its black police chief in the name of equity. Crime has been on the rise ever since.

Judges and other government officials deciding now to not charge criminals for the crimes they commit is an offshoot of that. We here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website hope that Pierce County Superior Court Judge Philip Thornton can sleep at night.

That's Seattle for you.. but even so, this is just.. words fail

These leftists obviously have no conscience. They see as well as any of us how their policies end up in death and misery

But do you see any of them publicly repenting, much less changing the way they do things?

Repentance, I guess, is for schmucky Christians... and of course they are all that..

What kind of judge was the judge?

Oh, well, Seattle: what do you really expect?

They WANT the criminals to run Seattle, murdering people --- they are probably recruiting them.

Until we have a total revision of everything and get execution, immediate, for any aggressive attack or theft of something worth more than $X, nothing will change. Because the jails are too full and out of fashion. Most crimes have an obvious culprit, after all: no one disagrees with whodunnit. The career criminals, who are many now because the Dems love them, I guess they think they vote Dem, or at all, more fool the Dem pols, would be lessened in number and over time entirely disappeared, which is what the country needs more perhaps than anything else.

Life in Blue cities!
Vote Democrat and get it good and hard!

“A Seattle man released from jail in July after allegedly threatening to kill a transit cop now faces murder charges over an unprovoked, caught-on-tape fatal assault on a senior citizen. Video allegedly shows Aaron Fulk, 48, strike 66-year-old Rodney Peterman with a metal pole in broad daylight Aug. 2 at Pike Street and Third Avenue, according to KOMO News. Fulk kept striking Peterman after the older man collapsed unconscious, fracturing his skull, according to police. . . . A judge there opted to release him despite prosecutors’ request he be held on $10,000 bail, KOMO News said.”

People are going to get really sick and tired of this. A few months ago, gun sales were up. I hope they keep going up. It would be good for everyone to have a weapon

And liberals wonder why the public has lost respect for the lib legal system

This is what happens when your jails are filled. My question is, how long do you detain someone over a verbal threat without any violence even if the judge allowed the bond? Fulk would have left jail eventually, probably after a week or two or however long. This is the type of thing you usually get fined for, or maybe probation or both. Do you expect he’ll be locked up for 10 years??? Even in countries where the laws are draconian compared to our own you would not spend lengthy jail time over this.
