yet we have a court system that determines guilt, so being arrested is what they do as well as the police. But if people being arrested decided to shoot it out then they are probably insane. He decided it was best to shoot it out because he had a gun instead of getting a lawyer to defend his name.
So we don't know if he was guilty but if had blow up the hospital then people would complain that the FBI was incompetent. So damned if you do , damned if you don't. It your law enforcement you arrest people. If the decide to fire a gun at law enforcement then that is a crime.
Juries are the triers of facts. The FBI can't just decide someone is a domestic terrorist and then go out and execute them. This isn't Brazil. Yet.
They didn't execute him, he branded a fire arm when he was going to be arrested and judging from the story he was there to make a deal to get explosives . Your trying to phrase it in such a way that he was a church going guy who was framed.
Still this was a sting. He was led to believe that he was going to pick up explosives. When he actually showed up to get these explosives , he was arrested but obviously resisted arrest
Yeah you can say he was set up , but he made the decision to tell someone and when someone provided a way for him to get these explosives (that he wanted to buy ) and he showed up of his own free will at the location where the transaction was going to happen.
FBI did there job, and one of his buddies probably snitch on him
So my question, who shows up at a rendezvous point with a gun looking to by explosives
Yeah maybe he was planning to use them for deer hunting. He got ratted out but that because he made accusations and threats. He was given an opportunity to get the material he needed. The FBI did not go busting into his home.
