Proclivity has not a thing to do with a bad defense in a trial.....

Why is that a bad defense, was it an honest answer on his part? All they have to do is show through school records that that boy was a subhuman subject, and he'll walk. Perhaps an IQ of under 80 would also put him on that "He's too stupid to know what he's doing" list!
