An agreement won't be reached on this until Trump removes all of the tariffs.

In other words, Trump is pretty much on par to MATCH Joe Biden in any given week's performance, just that Joe's focus was aimed in a different direction! For example, to contrast, in a similar week for Joe:

• Joe FUNDED the Houthis.
• Joe LOST a plane in Qatar (or was that Afghanistan?)
• Joe brokered a full & immediate war between Ukraine and Russia.
• After meeting with China, Joe got them to INCREASE the trade imbalance.
• Joe turned his back on another American hostage.
