The only thing the article mentions, is that b/c we have been a historically racist nation, is enough to not believe the state.

I fully support them getting an independent investigator involved, and paying for their own coroner if it eases their mind and brings them peace from this tragedy.

Yet, the medical examiner (a black Democrat) said there was zero evidence of any of that. So, someone is lying. The Medical Examiner has zero motive to lie. But the family does. This looks like an attempted cash grab or race-baiting or both.

It might be possible they were completely shocked about this death, and are just searching for answers.

If they had no clue their son was in turmoil, and then he did this, I'm not sure I blame them.


Any person that has children, if there are absolutely no signs of depression or suicidal ideation in their kid, would probably also seek answers, even if the state says the event went down as it appears to be.
