Lying Press Secretary Also Committed Republican Voter Fraud

It’s an epidemic. Republican voting fraud keeps popping up everywhere.

Already a thread on this. And no she didn’t. Her home base
/residency is in Florida . Her husband plays for a team in Florida. So just stop trying to revive old conspiracies.

Right!

She was born and raised in Tampa, graduated from the University of Miami then Harvard School of law. Her husband is a pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays.

So why does she continue to claim her parents house as her residency?

You’re not very good at this.

No, you’re not. She was in the same precinct as her parents. Unless she planned on asking for a ballot from another county, she had no need to update it.

She is not eligible to vote in Florida. Period. It’s voter fraud if Florida is not your residence. It’s provable that she resides in D.C. and her drivers license - which Florida considers your residence - was in New Jersey.

tap dance all you want. It doesn’t change the fact that she committed voter fraud.

Bullcrap. It is her permanent residence. You really need to research before you make idiotic claims.-
Legal residence-Permanent. Legal residency is not defined in law. However, over the years, the courts and the Florida Department of State/Division of Elections’ have construed legal residency to be where a person mentally intends to make his or her permanent residence.1 Evidence of such intent can come from items or activities such as obtaining a Florida driver’s license2, paying tax receipts, paying bills for residency (light, water, garbage service) and receiving mail at address, claiming the property as homestead,3 declaring the county as domicile, and doing other activities indicative or normally associated with home life. Therefore, legal residence is a convergence of intent and fact. Once residency is established for voting purposes, it is presumptively valid or current until evidence shows otherwise. See Op. Atty Gen. Fla. 055-216 (August 26, 1955). A business address is not typically a satisfactory legal residential address but if the person resides there despite the zoning ordinance, the address could become the person’s legal residential address.4

False. By asking for a ballot, you are affirming that the address you are requesting a ballot for is yours.

Unless she's paying her parents utilities and taxes, she committed voter fraud by not updating her address.

The fact she's in the same precinct NOW, doesn't make a difference, it's 2020, the census makes that subject to change as redistricting occurs every 10 years.

Oh, so any adult living in their parents home, not paying the bills is committing voter fraud?? Do you know how ridiculous you sound?

That is their legal residence, where they have their drivers license, get their mail, and have resided in for years.

If she continues to get her mail at her parents house, it would be O.K.

And you know she didn’t get mail there?

She certainly doesn't get her utility bills delivered to her parents house. And those are proof of address.
So? Are you stating adult kids living with their parents, without the main bills in their name, can’t vote? Or grandparents living with their kids can’t vote, if they pay the main bills?

No i'm saying if you moved out of your parents house, and you own a house, or rent an apartment, you can't continue to vote from your parents address.

And it's clear Kayleigh moved out of her parents house, and owns a house.

Of course if she and her husband BOTH claimed residence at her parents house that would be O.K. too.

So if someone does not claim more than one domicile and has not yet changed their address when an election rolls around and they live in the same precinct and only vote once, is that illegal? Or do they just forfeit voting? Ever heard of a provisional ballot?

No matter whether in the same precinct, or on the other end of the state, if they changed legal residence, they have to update their state records.

You can only have one legal residence at a time, and you have to notify the agencies of the state within 30 days of that happening.

Kayleigh actually committed the most common form of voter fraud. Someone who has multiple addresses, registering to vote from each one.

Hypothetically, I was born in Chicago but I do not live there, I own a house in the Florida Keys, one in Vail Colorado, and one in the South of France. I also have a private jet and a 110 foot yacht which will meet me anywhere in the world. For the next few months we'll diving on the Great Barrier Reef and then off to New Zealand.

Where, according to the Trump haters here, may I vote? Absentee, of course.

Meh. If they only vote once it’s a “who cares” type situation.
Thats shy I asked if she voted more than once

if she didnt then this is a very minor story and only good as more evidence to end absentee ballots
What’s so minor about voting in the wrong place?

I thought that was a felony.
If she only voted once I consider it a slap on the hand offense
It’s punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
It’s a felony, not a slap on the hand.
If she only voted once its not even worth taking to court
Why? It’s voter fraud. I thought you guys care about the integrity of our elections?

Or is it different when the perpetrator isn’t an “enemy”?
It’s not voter fraud. She is from that district. Her and her husband have a house there.
Then why is she voting out of her parents address?
Maybe that is her legal address.
