Luigi Mangione has some State level charges dropped.

No, you added your own pathetic hyperbole to my response, like the little ***** you are.

I'm saying your article doesn't give the whole story.
What is the rest of the story that you know from your 30 second reading of it?

The most disturbing part is how easily and without shame you attack constitutional rights
No, the most disturbing part is he murdered a man. He shot him in the back. I'd leave the charges and also charge him with cowardice. And if he is found guilty, he should be shot in the back till dead. The punishment should fit the crime.

When I have time I'm sure I'll google it for another view on the situation.
You already said you knew it. That's how you know she deserved to die. Well, just get back to me when you have evidence that her death was the best thing.

Given recent events the left has no issues with anyone being killed if they oppose them.

That's just becoming clear

At least you recognized the purpose of the thread now. Let me know if I can teach you anything else. I stated above I dont approve of it but I get it. People are really broken by the state of healthcare.
The purpose of the thread is discuss a murderer...you called Robin Hood, even though he never stole anything other then a human life, and he certainly didn't give anything to poor...

The real disturbing part isn't the charges being dropped, it is that this guy has groupies. He shot a man in cold blood in the back and people are supporting him.

Luigi Mangione's state terrorism charges dismissed in UnitedHealthcare CEO's murder, judge rules

They dropped two top charges, but he is still being charged with Murder, just 2nd degree murder.

Where did I say "she deserved to die"

Stop putting words in my mouth you ****.

Your entire list of responses in this thread is just Dainty being Dainty, squabbling over chickenshit and ignoring the actual topic at hand.

How long before you get bored here and move back to another message board where you get your ass kicked repeatedly?

I DO HAVE INSURANCE FROM THE COMPANY FUCKFACE THEY USE UHC.

You think I'm full of it? Ask a truck driver how many hours a week he works. OTR is 70 hours.

So what?... other drivers seem to be doing fine... one thing is for sure you should want an end to illegal immigration... Biden's illegals are bringing down the trucking pay scale... who told you life was cheap?... who told you other people should cover you?... my friend needs a cholesterol medicine and he said it costs him $850 per month... so he stopped going out to eat and stopped reckless spending... he didn't go shoot someone or whined on a message board... man up...

They didn't cover medicine that they said they would, prescribed by a doctor. Now, I will have to continually have a very expensive medical procedure to expand my esophagus so I can swallow food. The medicine would cure the EoE. They don't give a **** about me, so I don't give a **** about them.

They mine as well shoot me, they won't cover that either.
I am sorry to hear about your health issues. Your anger is understandable but in no way justifies the murder of an executive with a wife and family. The enemies of America are jumping for joy and will no doubt try and encourage this new Assassination Culture in America.

I guess these people hated their mom.

Kierra Campbell was 27 years old. A mother of seven. A fighter battling end-stage heart failure. She didn’t lose her life solely to illness; she lost it to an unforgiving bureaucracy that let paperwork outweigh the value of her life. Her heart medication was cut off because of a missed child support hearing that triggered a sanction, ending her Medicaid coverage. The IV drugs keeping her alive cost $1,000 a week. Without insurance, Kierra couldn’t pay. And without those drugs, her heart couldn’t keep beating.

Here’s how quickly a life can unravel: Kierra had been hospitalized for over a month with severe heart failure. During that time, she missed a child support hearing. The court issued a sanction. Medicaid was terminated. The hospital’s pharmacy flagged her account. Her IV medications stopped. Within weeks, she was recording her final message. The entire sequence—from missed hearing to death sentence—took less time than most insurance appeals.
Somebody hated her.,..why didn't anyone let the Court know she was in the hospital so the Court wouldn't of sanctioned her? and how does a Court take away someone's insurance simply for missing a court date? Never heard of such a thing

Get some rest

This has nothing to do with Trump, and yet here you go brining him up, Dainty.

Meh...Alan Bragg is an overcharging douchebag. The crime did not fit the definition of terrorism in the statute.

'This is the familiar Bragg pattern: Turn a blind eye to much of the street crime that affects the day-to-day lives of New Yorkers, but jump in and over-charge the headline-grabbing cases: Accuse Penny of wanton homicide in a justification case in which he exhibited heroism to protect passengers and completely cooperated with police; turn what was at most a trivial, time-barred misdemeanor against Trump into 34 felonies.' Slipped through the shitty system:

  • Federal law requires states to enforce child support cooperation as a condition of Medicaid eligibility for certain parents.
  • If someone is deemed non-compliant—such as missing a required hearing or not paying as ordered—the state Medicaid agency can terminate coverage until compliance is restored.
