Once again, our justice system cannot get out of its own way in protecting the individual regardless of the impact on society at large, so we are now a country filling up with criminals on the streets while we go broke trying to house the rest for life in prison.

Figure at his age he could last 60 years so yeah, I'm perfectly fine with that hell on earth for him.

Hell, unless he refused the appeal process it would be 30+ years before he would be executed anyway.

I'll be long dead by then so him moldering away in a Super Max will be just dandy.
