Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr. has pled guilty And Is Going To Jail

You are a moron. By law the President has NOTHING to say nor any power over prosecutions in the military.
You are naive if you think the commander in chief has no influence over the military chain of command

I said Milley, sir. Attention to detail, commander...lol
Sorry, that was another poster. My apologies please.

Again, you need to look up the definition of treason as he did no such thing. Idiocy? Yes! Dereliction of duty? Yes! Should he have been given the choice of court martial or retirement? Absolutely? However, "Brandon" would never do such a thing.

Treason? Not a chance. What he did does not meet the statutory definition of treason.

Scheller, Marine who criticized Afghanistan withdrawal, pleads guilty to all charges in court-martial hearing

- Scheller was freed from the brig last week where he was being held for violating an agreement to stop posting criticism on social media

'The U.S. Marine who posted videos on social media criticizing military leadership and the Biden administration’s withdrawal of military assets from Afghanistan pled guilty to all charges during a court-martial hearing at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina on Thursday.

Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr. has pled guilty to all six misdemeanor-level charges, including willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer, dereliction in the performance of duties and conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.

Scheller was freed from the brig last week where he was being held for violating an agreement to stop posting criticism on social media.'

It does not matter that everything he said was correct.

It does not matter that the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff both admitted to horrifically failing at their jobs contributing to the horrific withdrawal disaster.

It does not matter that these men / leaders threw Biden under the bus and made it clear the Afghanistan withdrawal disaster was Biden's clusterfuck.

It does not matter that he is right, those responsible should be held responsible / accountable.....and that although deserving to be relieved of command / fired, neither Austin or Gen Milleh has been punished and will not.

Military members are held to the UCMJ, and Scheller, admittedly, violated the UCMJ. For discipline sake the military can not allow him to NOT be punished. He was right, someone needs to be punished, but he forgot those responsible always passes the buck and always punishes the innocent for demanding those responsible be held accountable.

If Trump were president and this happened, the left would have called this guy a whistleblower, defended him, and looked up to him as a hero.

Milley launched a coup. That's treason.

Milley launched a coup. That's treason.

A coup? Who is President now? Milley? Nope. He's still CJCOS.

Austin? He was a failed retired general when this happened.

Pence? Nope. He finished his term as VP and practically disappeared off the face of the earth.

Milley held a coup and no one showed up to take charge?

You need tp pay attention to the words you are using because none of them have definitions anywhere close to what you claim?

Don't try to be obtuse, commander.

The president has no say in the prosecution of a service member. It's illegal.

What about during the Floyd trial when he said multiple times allover social media pretty much encouraging a guilty verdict?

He didn't seem to have a problem doing that.

Or when the vice president also spoke about it

They both were talking about in terms of a guilty verdict before the trial even really got started which obviously had an impact on people and showed they didn't care about fair and impartial courts or believed in innocent until proven guilty.
