What's really weird is in my state, LA, the AOC is 17. So on her 17th birthday you can **** your gf all you want, legally. But if you take a picture of her naked with her legs open ready to receive you, that's production of child porn, minimum 20 years in federal prison. Have sex with her, but don't RECORD yourself having sex with her or you do 20 years in the klink.

But it doesn't try to prevent kids from accessing it, it tries to prevent ADULTS from accessing it who don't want to disclose their ID's to these types of websites.

It should be up to the PARENTS to block their kids from viewing porn, not the gov't and their broad overreach. What's to prevent the gov't from subpoenaing all the ID's of the adults who viewed a specific website and use them in a case in the event a crime occurred with one of their nude models? No way, I don't trust the fuckin' gov't at all.

And it doesn't work anyway. A simple VPN or switching from wifi to data on your phone bypasses the filter.

You might want to check the 4th and 14th amendments.
