Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the two aren't connected. I wouldn't rule it out. But less than 24 hours into both investigations it strikes me as something of a jump, however small. These peer-to-peer car rental apps are, I think, more popular than you might believe, especially among those under 40.

The Vegas thing feel less like terrorism and more like some sort of political statement, if you ask me.
