Actually, from the sounds of it and what I saw on the clips, he was basically throwing ideas around at his press conference, when he should have already absorbed the information to pass on. Sorry, but he sounded like he was doing a white board meeting at that presser. And yeah, he did say that sunlight and disinfectants kill the virus, and then asked the doctor if something like that could be used in an injection. Sorry, but disinfectants are toxic because they kill things, and sunlight cannot be injected into the body, because photons (what sunlight is made of) aren't something that could be injected.

Yanno, you guys keep pointing to what Fauci said at the beginning of this virus pandemic. When Fauci said that, we didn't know that much about the virus, and so he was trying to reassure the people at the beginning. As time went on, more about the virus was learned, which is why Fauci started to modify what he had said. And, eventually, it ended up hurting him because he was trying to tell what the virus actually did as we learned about it, and when it no longer fit Trump's narrative, he was thrown under the bus, and now all you Trumpettes are parroting what Trump is saying about Fauci and think that he should be fired.

Geez, even in the case they are trying to make, the author misrepresents the facts. This is how weak the Trump-haters are, they resort to misinformation, while accusing Trump of misinformation.

Trump was asking a question about the use of disinfectants, he was not musing about there use.

A lot of us have been critical of the prognostications made by the experts, which always seemed to be wrong, and subject to change every few days. Yes, those would be the same exact experts that the Trump-haters are always demanding Trump listen to.

Actually, from the sounds of it and what I saw on the clips, he was basically throwing ideas around at his press conference, when he should have already absorbed the information to pass on. Sorry, but he sounded like he was doing a white board meeting at that presser. And yeah, he did say that sunlight and disinfectants kill the virus, and then asked the doctor if something like that could be used in an injection. Sorry, but disinfectants are toxic because they kill things, and sunlight cannot be injected into the body, because photons (what sunlight is made of) aren't something that could be injected.

Trump was obviously referring to injecting Ultra Violet light, since the doctors were discussing the effects of UV light / sunlight. We already inject UV light into patient's ventilator tubes to kill virus and bacteria.
