Normally, the DOJ would enforce them, but Barr is in bed with Trump.

The ruling would fast track all other cases or they would be dismissed and subpoenas are enforced.... executive privilege is NOT a blanket, you do not have to show up or talk at all... there is no such thing that Trump is claiming..... it only covers policy discussions of the President, all other questions are free game. And if the privilege involves a crime, there is no privilege at all.
