Look, every male on this forum knows when a woman with red hair and crazy eyes gets behind the wheel nothing good is going to happen

I do not expect the federal government's investigation with evidence closed to outside review will do anything, but support the government narrative, either. Funny how that works.

Yep, when there is any doubt at all, the benefit is always given to LE, otherwise, who would want to risk being a cop? I fully expect this guy will be found innocent because he was doing his job as trained and not because they need to cover anything up.

The ***** in the van went out of her way begging for a confrontation, and got it.

Funny how a few years ago when a confused (and unarmed) dental assistant was gunned down in DC in a spray of bullets with her child in the backseat, democrats said nothing. Do you even know her name?

Seriously, if this guy is shown clearly in the wrong, you don't think they would remove him from service and replace him?

ITMT, people are standing in line just chomping at the opportunity to join ICE and bust tons of illegals in our country.

The real humor in all of this W6 is the apparent shock and surprise by democrats that after stealing an election, that anyone should actually question it, and now that Biden rammed 20 million more illegals down our throats on top of the 10-20 million already here, that anyone should subsequently actually try to rectify the situation!

OH NO! TRUMP IS ENFORCING THE LAW! :shok:

All reports are, that she had just dropper her child off, at school.

Bull. Where do you get your reports? I listen to five news channels covering every official angle by every official involved and not one report has said what you claim.

If she just dropped her kids off, what was she doing sideways on a street blocking ICE trying to make a pinch of illegals? :lmao:

I can do better,,

heres a video,,

Thanks. That is amazing! I still don't think she deserved to die, but that crazy widow, definitely is partially responsible for her death.

she didnt deserve to die,,

but she and her wife are the ones responsible not the agent,,

I am surprised you didnt already know about the wife saying its her fault,,

you may want to rethink your news sources,,

According to the linked video, posted by Prog Hunter, her wife, who was at the scene, but not in the SUV when she was shot, talked her into going there. She is blaming herself for getting her killed.
She should blame herself. Even if she did not deserve to die, the wife admittedly talked her into going there, apparently shortly after dropping off her child at school. Going to observe or any other reason is simply foolhardy. If they went to confront ICE, that is double stupid.

MINNEAPOLIS — Renee Nicole Good, the mom who was killed by a federal agent after veering her car toward him, was an anti-ICE “warrior” and was part of a group of activists who worked to “document and resist” the federal immigration crackdown in Minnesota, The Post can reveal.

why was her wife out of the car at the time of the shooting??

From your link. That is some crazy school with some crazy white women who think defending illegal aliens is doing what is "right". Freaks and loons.

Good, who moved to the city last year, linked up with the anti-ICE activists through her 6-year-old son’s woke charter school, which boasts that it puts “social justice first” and prioritizes “involving kids in political and social activism,” multiple local sources said.

“She was a warrior. She died doing what was right,” a mother named Leesa, whose child attends the same school, told The Post at a growing vigil where Good was killed Wednesday.

...

Good and her wife Rebecca, 40, were raising the boy together in the mostly working-class, activist-heavy neighborhood of south Minneapolis, which features tree-lined streets and a large number of homes with windows decked out in LGBTQ+ flags or signs depicting George Floyd.

All I can say is thank the lord my father never lived to see a world where two homosexual women live together legally as "man and wife,"--- THERE IS NO HUSBAND! Because there is no man.

I PITY the children being brought up this way. No wonder her real marriage didn't work out.

I can't wait until they catch up with Good's real former husband with the news and he says: "Not surprising at all that this psycho ***** ended up like this, I always knew it might--- thank God I got the hell away from her."

I'd give good money just to once see a PBS reporter inquire with any of these demotards investigating this case about the fact that homosexuals and transgenders all have an unusually high incidence of mental illness and violent crime!

Best of all, the "husband" of this woman has publicly now taken responsibility admitting blame in that she is the one that made Good go out and confront ICE.

She was the "husband," mental illness strikes again.

Probably filming or harassing on foot, from what I have now seen.

According to the linked video,
Yeah, that is the latest blip. If true, that must have come out just within the past few hours while I've been busy with other things. Good is dead because her "husband" sent her out to fight federal law enforcement.

She should blame herself. Even if she did not deserve to die, the wife admittedly talked her into going there, apparently shortly after dropping off her child at school. Going to observe or any other reason is simply foolhardy. If they went to confront ICE, that is double stupid.
Agreed. Few people /deserve/ to die, but shit happens when you FA with armed LEOs. But does anyone ask a single democrat if this isn't proof that maybe the Left are responsible carrying things too far and need to dial it back a little? Nope. Instead, leftards will use this as a rallying cry to redouble their efforts until they get someone else killed.

Proof again that democrats value their agenda over any human life. They want to win even if it means your dying.

There is nothing that justifies what happened.

Officers can't just force their way into a person's vehicle as that ICE officer did. We do not have to comply with every order a cop gives.

Not just that, but I've seen several attorneys and others in a legal profession say that ICE has no rights over U.S. citizens, only those in the country unlawfully:

🔍 ICE's Legal Authority — and Its Limits

✅ ICE can:

  • Investigate and detain people suspected of violating U.S. immigration laws.
  • Apprehend non-citizens who are:
    • Present without legal status,
    • In violation of visa terms,
    • Subject to removal orders.

❌ ICE cannot:

  • Stop, detain, or remove U.S. citizens under immigration law.
  • Use immigration enforcement powers against anyone who is lawfully a citizen of the United States — including natural-born and naturalized citizens.

🧾 Legal Basis

The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which governs ICE’s enforcement powers, applies only to non-citizens (also called "aliens" in the statute). Here are some key references:

🔹 8 U.S. Code § 1226 — Detention of Aliens

“...an alien may be arrested and detained pending a decision on whether the alien is to be removed from the United States…”
➡️ U.S. citizens are not aliens. Therefore, this section does not apply to them.

🔹 Supreme Court —

The federal government does not have authority under immigration law to detain a citizen as if they were an alien.

🛑 What Happens if ICE Detains a U.S. Citizen?

If ICE mistakenly detains a U.S. citizen, it is a violation of that person’s constitutional rights, including:
  • Fourth Amendment – protection from unlawful search/seizure,
  • Fifth Amendment – due process.
There have been multiple lawsuits and federal settlements due to ICE wrongfully detaining or attempting to deport U.S. citizens:
  • [Lyttle v. United States, 867 F. Supp. 2d 1256 (M.D. Ga. 2012)] – U.S. citizen with mental disability wrongfully deported to Mexico.
  • Mark Lyttle case summary – ACLU
  • ICE wrongfully detained 1,500 U.S. citizens (2007–2018) – L.A. Times

🗣️ How to Explain It in Plain Terms

“ICE is an immigration enforcement agency. Their authority only applies to people who are not U.S. citizens. They cannot legally stop, detain, or deport someone who is a citizen. If they do, they’re breaking the law and violating that person’s constitutional rights.”

and

🔎 Did ICE Have Legal Authority Over Renee Good?

No. Renee Good was a U.S. citizen. ICE had no authority to stop, question, detain, or use force against her under immigration law.

⚖️ Why?

Under federal law:
  • ICE’s powers are strictly limited to non-citizens (immigrants without legal status, visa overstays, or those with removal orders).
  • Renee Good was a U.S. citizen, according to every source and her family. Citizenship legally places a person entirely outside ICE’s jurisdiction.

🚨 What Does That Mean for This Case?

1. ICE had no legal justification for stopping her.

  • If ICE agents were conducting an operation to apprehend non-citizens, they had no authority to:
    • Demand identification,
    • Stop her vehicle,
    • Block her from leaving,
    • Or attempt any enforcement action — unless they had evidence of a separate federal crime unrelated to immigration.
  • There is no publicly known allegation that Renee Good was suspected of anything criminal.

2. Using deadly force on a U.S. citizen during an immigration operation is legally and constitutionally indefensible unless there is an imminent threat.

  • Even law enforcement officers must meet a high threshold to justify lethal force: the person must pose a clear, immediate danger to the officers or others.
  • Video footage reportedly shows her trying to maneuver around a blockade, not accelerate into officers. If she was merely trying to drive away, that is not enough to justify shooting her, especially by an agent with no jurisdiction over her to begin with.

🧑‍⚖️ Constitutional Violations at a Glance

Right ViolatedExplanation
4th AmendmentProtects against unreasonable searches and seizures. Blocking her car and using force to stop her may constitute an illegal seizure.
5th AmendmentGuarantees due process. A citizen killed without any lawful basis or procedure suffers a grave deprivation of life without due process.
14th AmendmentReinforces due process protections and equal protection under law, especially where federal agents disproportionately harm certain communities.

🗣️ How to Explain This to Others:

“Renee Good was a U.S. citizen. ICE cannot legally stop or detain citizens — that’s immigration law 101. They had no jurisdiction over her, and any action they took to detain or restrain her was outside their legal authority. When they used deadly force, it wasn't just excessive — it was unconstitutional.”
And if someone says, "She could’ve been doing something suspicious":
“Even if a person is acting oddly, ICE still has no authority over citizens. That would be like the IRS pulling you over for a traffic stop — it's not their job, and it’s not legal.”

📚 Legal Backing for Further Advocacy

If you are planning to write or speak about this, consider citing:
  • 8 U.S.C. § 1226 – Only authorizes ICE to detain aliens.
  • Supreme Court: Bracy v. United States – Citizens are not subject to immigration arrest.
  • ACLU litigation – Hundreds of cases have involved ICE unlawfully detaining U.S. citizens, many of whom later sued.

That is something you fight in court after. What you cannot legally do (in most state jurisdictions*) is physically resist police or attempt to flee if you are being arrested or detained.

*There is some archaic statutes in some jurisdictions but it is rare and it will still end very badly for you.

I submit that if you did not do what you did with Joe, we would not have any issues now. There is a difference with police if you are doing nothing wrong and you are playing the system with the power elected greenlighting you.

I literally have no idea what your are talking about.

The stupid skank phuked up thinking she was safe to do anything she wants. Our nation will screw with a citizen for walking as an exercise and yet let something like this interfere in real criminal endeavors. p.s. we must get rid of the death language people in news conferences.

As we see here, ICE has no jurisdiction over American citizens. That ICE officer had no right to try opening that car door. The Supreme Court ruled in Tennessee v Garner that a cop cannot shoot a fleeing felon unless that person poses a threat to the community. So a cop cannot just shoot people if they are attempting to flee. Furthermore, this woman was not committing a crime. So what we must do as citizens is t stop looking for excuses that keep enabling cops to violate our civil liberties and organize ourselves in a manner that creates police reform. These guys have been sworn to uphold the law. Because of this, they should be held to the highest legal standards. This cop needs to be put in prison for at least homicide, and he should have to pay the family of the person he shot damages for wrongful death. If we start penalizing these guys with the harshest penalties allowed by law, including the death penalty, this kind of behavior will stop.
