Yesterday gas was $4 where I live.
Today it jumped to $4.29
Biden says I should be happy about it because it's punishing Putin.
Sorry Joe, but I'm not feeling happy. ...

I actually heard some woman on FOX today whining that we should not be bitching about high gas prices when there was such suffering going on......Of course the whole time they are showing film of preggers women being toted out of a bombed-out maternity hospital.

Fuck that noise, there's suffering all over the world, but the reason I have to pay more for this particular suffering is because FJB's bunch is using it as a excuse for his failed domestic energy policies and the media is falling right in line.

Well, oil went down 10% since last night. Do you think that will be passed to the pumps?

Of course not. You wouldn’t be happy with anything short of Putin on a throne ruling the world.

So not wanting to pay for higher gas prices at the pump is wanting Putin to rule the world?
You sound more like veggie Joe every day.
Are you and him related? ... :dunno:

Is that the only conclusion you can come to? The only tactic you have left? Gas prices?

You have failed miserably in trying to paint Putin as a humanitarian. You failed trying to claim Putin was justified. You’ve failed at everything. Now you are wailing about gas prices.

What will be your tactic tomorrow? Or haven’t you gotten your marching orders?

I may not want higher gas prices. But if it hurts Putin more than me, and it does, I’ll deal with it.

In three days the average salary of a person in Moscow has dropped. The exchange rate was about $900 a month a mere three days ago. Today it is $850 a month.

How much more can it fall? What will the Russians do for food? They won’t be able to eat. The costs of everything is going up.

Putin is to blame. He is a pathetic excuse of a man. And I will be happy to sacrifice a little to make sure he pays in spades for his crimes against humanity.

This isn’t going to work. What else do you have Puppet?

Is there anyway your personal crusade to punish Putin for his so called crimes can happen without it affecting regular normal people who don't like paying high gas prices? ... :dunno:

Creating famine amongst poor civilians has always been a leftist tactic, you ignorant commie/pinko.

And the leftist elite tend to make idiots like you believe that if their "peoples' revolution" succeeds, you idiots will somehow become the "intelligentsia" and be a privileged class. In reality you leftist dupes are usually amongst the first to be sent to the gulag and killed.

Oh you are so full of shit you could fertilize every crop in several states.

When any dispute between nations is involved, people will suffer. If you are afraid of that, and unwilling to do that, then all there is left is surrender. So whoever is willing to threaten the people, would be the king of the world. Is that the sort of madman you want ruling the world?

And it is Putin’s fault. Putin has made it unlikely in the extreme that anyone would invest in Russia again, even without the Sanctions, by signing the law that all debts can be paid in the worthless Russian Rouble currency. Putin has done this by beginning the process to Nationalize the Leased aircraft utilized by the Russian flagged Airlines. Putin has done this by removing the inspection and maintenance requirements for airlines.

Let me explain that. Aircraft that fly in airspace belonging to another country have to have not only valid flight plans, but have to have maintenance performed and have the aircraft meet or exceed all the standards for air travel. This is because if a poorly maintained aircraft crashes, it inevitably hits something on the ground, and it is the people of the nation who’s airspace you are flying over.

Putin has insured that no Russian Flagged Aircraft will be allowed to fly over any nation except his own. He did this because with the Sanctions, there was no way to maintain a domestic airline to the standards needed for safe air travel. Nobody will do maintenance on Russian planes. Nobody will provide parts.

Now, do you want Russian commuter jets flying over your house, your kids, your place of business, knowing that they have been essentially jury rigged into the air?

By stiffing the holders of the foreign debt, you insure that nobody is going to invest in your nation. By stealing airplanes owned by other foreign countries, you insure that nobody is going to provide you with an aircraft on lease ever again.

If you want to lie to the international community, they will eschew doing business with you. If you attack a neighbor, they’re going to cut their ties to you.

But that is true of people, not just businesses and people too. I’m sure there are brands you avoid buying because you don’t like something about them. I’m sure that there are businesses you avoid for the same reason. By your standards, you are wrong for avoiding that business, and making those people suffer.

Putin did this, and it isn’t leftist or socialist dogma driving it. It is simple self preservation. History has taught us, those of us who bothered to learn it, that if you don’t stand up to the aggressors, eventually he’ll be knocking on your door.
