My problem is that the man simply doesn't have the administrative skills to manage a 700-billion-dollar agency.

In fact, the only administrative skills that he had was running something called MN PAC, which failed miserably and had some serious financial irregularities.

And since he was a major he's been thru all of the administrative and leadership schools needed.

But he hasn't tapped into the Swamp like most generals.

No good leader ever assumes he/she knows everything he/she needs to know to do a job. A good leader consults those with more experience and knowledge and considers all the probable and possible angles before making important decisions.

Hegseth is untried as a government leader, but like Trump, he could turn out to be excellent in the job. His heart and motives seem to be very solid. He deserves a chance.
