Liz Cheney Referred For Criminal Prosecution

She told the story the oranoto related to her.

He doesn’t recall the conversation and has been under oath.
No she didn't...he didn't tell her that. He stated that publicly....and numerous witnesses said it didn't happen.

Why do you keep lying?

House GOP report details testimony that contradicted key Jan. 6 witness

The testimony by a Secret Service agent that was previously unreleased contradicts that of Cassidy Hutchinson, a former White House aide

Hilarious

When asked under if Heil Shitler! reached for the wheel he stated that he didn’t recall that.
Which means he did not see that happened and therefore did not remember such

how in the world can some recall something that never happened?????

She repeated the story as it was told to her.

And we all know Heil Shitler! stated that he want to be with the insurrectionists at the Capitol.

Yes, that's the problem....she told lies, as Liz told her to tell.

Hence why the criminal referral
No he did not
He said It did not happen
I don’t remember that happening is the same thing as that did not happen when I was around
Your word changes and pretzel twisting is hysterical crap

“I don’t remember that happening” is the lie Trump told them to tell. If they say “it never happened” they can be proven wrong. But if they say “I don’t remember it happening” well anyone can have a memory lapse.

“Liars tells”. Weasel wording is the greatest liar’s tells. Plausible deniability.

Another big one is “Believe me”. Trump used to say “Believe me!” all of the time. Every time he lied. And then one of the MSM publications published an article on that particular “tell”.

A truthful man has no reason to try to “sell” his lies. Honest people are accustomed to being believed and rightfully so. Only someone who is lying feels the need to promote the veracity of his statement.

When Trump denied the existence of the “pee tape” and practcallly shouted “BELIEVE ME!!!!” at the end of his denial I looked at my daughter and said “OMG it’s real”.

Trump didn't tell Liz to tamper with a witness's testimony and have her lie. What are you talking about?

But the agent who drove Trump and Engel to and from the speech disputed Hutchinson’s testimony, saying he “did not see him reach [redacted]. [President Trump] never grabbed the steering wheel. I didn’t see him, you know, lunge to try to get into the front seat at all,” according to a copy of the full transcript provided to The Washington Post.

“You know, what stood out was the irritation in his voice more than — more than his physical presence, which would have been pretty obvious if he was trying to insert himself between the two front seats,” the driver added.

The driver testified on Nov. 7, 2022 — months after Hutchinson’s blockbuster testimony — and the transcript was never publicly released

Frantic lib loon efforts to contend that a lie is not a lie if someone else told it to you.
Therefore you are free to spread the lie .
Also trying to change the phrase “I don’t remember seeing that” into a lack of clarity.

how in the world can some recall something that never happened?????

Then why say “I don’t remember”? Why not say, “it never happened”. The only reason ever to say, “I don’t remember” is to prevent being caught in a lie.

Hutchinson was repeatedly advised to tell the Committee “she didn’t remember” by the Trump attorneys. As were other multiple other witnesses. It was the Trump loyalist strategy.

They cant get you for perjury if you say you don’t remember.

Withholding truthful information so the lie can perpetuate and harm Trump. Orange jumpsuit will look good on her

where did he say that

His testimony was clear. He didn't happen.

Based on the evidence obtained by this Subcommittee, numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, the former Vice Chair of the January 6 Select Committee, and these violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Evidence uncovered by theSubcommittee revealed that former Congresswoman Liz Cheney tampered with at least one witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, by secretly communicating with Hutchinson without Hutchinson’s attorney’s knowledge.

This secret communication with a witness is improper and likely violates18 U.S.C. 1512. Such action is outside the due functioning of the legislative process and therefore not protected by the Speech and Debate clause. The Federal Bureau of Investigation must also investigate Representative Cheney for violating18 U.S.C. 1622, which prohibits any person from procuring another person to commit perjury.Based on the evidence obtained by this Subcommittee, Hutchinson committed perjury when shelied under oath to the Select Committee. Additionally, Hutchinson was interviewed by the FBI aspart of its investigation into President Trump. This Subcommittee sought a copy of the FBI report 302, documenting this interview and Hutchinson’s statements, but the FBI has refused toproduce this vital document. The FBI must immediately review the testimony given byHutchinson in this interview to determine if she also lied in her FBI interview, and, if so, the role former Representative Cheney played in instigating Hutchinson to radically change her testimony.

Best to get Liz and Hutchinson in front of the GJ under oath to investigate further.

Stated here many times child that she did not lie because she merely repeated what she was told
Which is correct.

She was asked under oath what he said.

She answered truthfully and had to do so, by law.

Ornato was invited to testify. He pussied out.
