I did, but you couldn’t respond. Can’t refute so just name calls.
Leftard judges are full of shit.I did, but you couldn’t respond.
The court ruled that Trump violated posse comitatus. You said they aren’t ruling on the law, but the court did. That’s the law.
Posse Comatatus act determines when and how the national guard can be activated by the president. The president cannot use the military for domestic law enforcement anytime they want. The National Gusrd provides protections for the Nation which is the United STATES of America. They are not restricted to the federal city of DC only. These rogues are trying to construe that National means they can’t operate in individual States
Generally they assist when states can’t help but in these cases a few states Wont Help and the rogues in robes feel “won’t” makes things different and have ruled accordingly
Yet they can stay…sounds like a win for TrumpTrump's use in LA found to be illegal, as it was used to enforce domestic law. I would imagine this potentially affects other states like Illinois where the President has threatened to use Guard units against the wishes of the local governor.

Live updates: Trump’s use of National Guard during LA immigration protests is illegal, judge rules
President Donald Trump’s administration violated federal law in the use of National Guard troops during Southern California immigration enforcement operations and accompanying protests, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.
Judge Charles Breyer in San Francisco did not require the remaining troops to be withdrawn, however. He set his order to go into effect on Friday.
The order comes after California sued, saying the troops sent to Los Angeles over the summer were violating a law that prohibits military enforcement of domestic laws. Lawyers for Trump’s Republican administration have argued the Posse Comitatus Act doesn’t apply because the troops were protecting federal officers, not enforcing laws. They say the troops were mobilized under an authority that allows the president to deploy them.
The judge’s decision comes as Trump has discussed National Guard deployments in Democratic-led cities like Chicago, Baltimore and New York. He has already deployed the guard as part of his unprecedented law enforcement takeover in Washington, where he has direct legal control.
Stupid leftard. ^^^Posse Comatatus act determines when and how the national guard can be activated by the president. The president cannot use the military for domestic law enforcement anytime they want.
The judge ruled that the criteria were not met and the military could not be legally used. That's exactly what judges are supposed to do. Determine if the president is operating within the bounds of the law.
The court’s ruling said the 300 troops there could stay. So you know…keep on keeping onVery good.
The question is will Trump continue to violate the law - the answer is likely, yes.
Just ask Nancy. The deep state is a family business.
They were called in to protect ICE.The national guard was never doing what they were accused of doing so, no change.
That they did. If degenerate democrats want to get violent, they created the problem. They were called in to protect ICE.
Marxists always create problems then claim to want to 'solve' them by removing rights and taking $$. What better way to tear down a society? That they did. If degenerate democrats want to get violent, they created the problem.
When Mexican immigrants get licenses etc. from the State, they become citizens of that State, and therefore USA citizens as well.I have no problem with all illegals going to California...as long as they stay there and no federal funding is used to support them.
