"Likely to weaponize intelligence": Experts alarmed as Trump poised to get security briefings again

“Former President Donald Trump is set to receive national security intelligence briefings once he secures the Republican nomination despite being indicted on charges that he mishandled classified materials after leaving office.”

Subject to 31 charges under the Espionage Act and having committed treasonous, historic crimes: attempting to overturn a presidential election, disenfranchise millions of Americans, and disrupt the peaceful transfer of power, it would be unmitigated madness to allow Trump any access to intelligence or security information.
Well, we certainly have had weaponized intelligence from the democrats going way back to 2016.

Well then Joe Biden should lose access to classified data too.

Biden definitely negligently handled classified information but will not be tried because he is a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,"

Why then is Joe still President. (The answer is as obvious as the Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses Joe loves to wear. He is above the law as he is a high level Democrat. He is untouchable.)

Not even the worst of our intelligence agencies would trust anything to Biden. They would sooner sell directly to the CCP and pocket the money themselves.

But, the rules are the rules.
Well, you can bet, he won't get hard copies of classified material, and the briefings will be controlled by the National Security Agency, not his lawyers.

Not a big deal. DJ went and didn't pay attention during his first year. After that he quit going.

Heh heh heh. They're crapping bricks at the thought of the shoe being on the other foot.

"Weaponizing intelligence" sounds good to me. You reap what you sow. :dunno:

No, you support a person, who as a SENATOR, stole classified documents and sold their info to foreign powers.

Hence you are a traitor to THIS country if you continue to vote for the traitor who currently occupies the white house.
Trump is a treasonous insurrectionist unfit to hold any public office – and certainly unfit to have any access to intelligence and security information.

Provably false, but YOUR asshat is PROVABLY a traitor to this country who STOLE classified documents as a SENATOR! And sold them to who knows who.

So go fuck yourself, traitor.

What's he going to get? Copies? Do you know what "eyes only" means?

Are you saying the NSA is going to decide what ne needs to know, possibly giving him only part of the bigger picture? Surely you can understand why that wouldn't be a good thing and a dereliction of duty on the part the NSA? Possibly even treason.

Is the NSA that corrupt? If it is, everyone in the NSA needs to be fired.

where the hell was the NSA when a vice president walked out with documents of the highest classification level?
