It’s always better to cry for the benefits 20 million entering impermissibly accrue and treat one possibly impermissibly returned as a national tragedy

Actually, he was probably right, because you can only deport about 400,000 a year, assuming you can get their home countries to take them.

The rest you either have to allow to live in the population, or you have to hold them somewhere, which costs money we really don't have.
You did nothing for 4 years. Nada. Then lied needing legislation to do what is being done now. Which is legal.

While lamenting the failure of the Final Solution.

LOL comparing illegals breaking the law with Germans rounding up Jews what a fucking joke you are.

And of course, Joey dreams of being the head of the NKVD.

Which is one reason my wife says they should all simply be given 90 days to leave, then illegals should simply be rounded up and shot starting on day 91.

^^^ and now this antisemite is comparing Dr. Goebbels to a decent American Jew, Steven Miller.

Of course, Joey is a staunch disciple of Goebbels-he favors The Big Lie. That's one reason he spends every waking moment trolling this site.

I'm kinda surprised that crowd didn't turn violent.

If so, the ICE agents should have simply opened fire.

When the police act in a lawless manner, so should the people.

Imagine it's 1938 Germany, and the Gestapo has come to round up the Jews. But decent people come out to protest that and stop them.

Okay, so what you have are people defending their neighbors, not the "Hardened criminals" that Trump promised us he would go after.
Your Nazi analogy is sickening. And if the police are following the law, how are they acting in a lawless manner?

Getting arrested does not make you a criminal. Getting convicted (like Trump was) does.

Convict her and deport her. Fine
??? Is that your new standard under Trump? That we have to wait until an illegal commits a crime and is convicted before we can deport them?

Where were you with this standard when Obama and Biden were deporting hundreds of thousands of illegal without even a hearing?

Those so called activist judges are blocking him ONLY WHEN HE IS BREAKING THE CONSTITUTION.... and they are mostly winning in the appeals courts too, because Trump admin IS BREAKING THE CONSTITUTION.

ALL Trump and admin has to do is follow the Constitution, and he could be deporting people left and right from now until eternity!

Trump chose shortcuts, trying to skirt the law and constitution and the Courts refuse to play, his illegal and unconstitutional GAME!

Pay Attention!
BS. Deporting any of them lands Trump in court. And he is doing it the same way as Obama did.

Except you don’t have to be convicted of a crime if you’re here illegally. That itself is a crime.

You libs are trying to move the goalposts that only illegal aliens convicted, in court, of an ADDITIONAL crime get deported. We have every right to deport every illegal alien on that basis alone.

Wow, it would be nice if Trump hadn't fucked up the economy so they could get jobs.

Job market sucks right now.

But if ICE is arresting people who aren't criminals without warrants, that is something that should concern all of us.

I'm glad the decent people in this neighborhood are defending their neighbors.
Under Obama:
Under today's removal system, only one quarter of all people facing expulsion get to present their case before an immigration judge. These judges, employed by the Justice Department, are experts in immigration law. They conduct formal court hearings where they hear live witnesses, review documentary evidence, and evaluate applications for immigration relief.

By contrast, nonjudicial removals are fast-track proceedings wholly controlled by the Department of Homeland Security ("DHS"), sometimes involving only a single border agent who acts as both judge and jury. Those facing nonjudicial removal have no lawyer and no chance to appeal.
