Liberals More Averse to AI than Conservatives. At least in terms of media outlets.
I find this both surprising and unsurprising
Unsuprising because... Liberals generally don't like science or hard truths or empirical evidence. Their MO is manipulation and deception. AI can flush that out. Conservatives see AI as a tool to improve lives. Liberals see everything as a tool to manipulate. Perhaps they don't feel they can use AI for their purposes if truth prevails.
Surprising because... As with the atomic bomb, leftwingers, defined as those who seek control over the masses, might welcome another tool to use for their own selfish interests. The see their success in controlling the deep-state, media, and academia and figure they can be in control of AI also. I might have also thought conservatives could be adverse to AI for religious reasons, that the immoral state could devalue the person and seek to replace real morality with its own pre-programmed false morality.
The article offers its own reasoning. I don't buy any of it.
Your thoughts?
One more thought on AI: If AI could actually develop to where it can make perfect moral decisions based 100% on truth, then it would inevitably lead to the perfect Jesus-centered point of view for the entire world, the notion of treating everyone well, self-sacrifice, sexual purity, no artificial birth control, no gay marriage, no abortion. While, I don't believe AI will ever be able to make moral decisions on its own, it may be able to empirically determine that these Catholic moral principles generally produce the best observable results.

Liberal media outlets display a higher aversion to artificial intelligence than conservative media, study finds
New research sheds light on the relationship between political ideology and media coverage of AI. The study highlights the significant impact of societal bias concerns in liberal media's AI narrative.
