Amazing how she now wants to set policy for a paper that she doesn't run. I think she should celebrate the fact that they are stupid enough to publish her own inanities, rather than attempt to force them to publish even more. It may be that they haven't had any qualified women candidates from Southern California lately. She just assumes that they are specifically against women from Southern California?
