Gotta love it. Once again Palin lays a trap and they fall for it.

Apparently the Media Thinks MLK Quotes are Bizarre - Conservatives4Palin

In case you haven’t heard, there are members of the mainstream media out in full force today mocking Governor Palin over her speech delivered to a cheering audience who gave her a standing ovation at the end and chanted "Sarah, Sarah, Sarah" throughout it.

Byron York claims that Governor Palin can’t be serious about a presidential run because of her line: "the man can only ride ya when your back is bent."

Jonathan Capehart at the Washington Post said something similar:

He referenced the line and then said:

[That kind of talk defies her mumbling about being “seriously interested” in running in 2016. She’s not serious at all.]

Yet, what these self-appointed smart guys may have missed is that Palin’s line was a reference to the wisdom of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. who said the same thing in a speech delivered August 16, 1967:

[In short, over the last ten years the Negro decided to straighten his back up (Yes), realizing that a man cannot ride your back unless it is bent. (Yes, That’s right) We made our government write new laws to alter some of the cruelest injustices that affected us.]

Once again where Governor Palin is concerned, the "bizarre" and "serious" comments on her by the alleged intellectuals in the mainstream media have predictably left them with egg on their faces.

And Byron York wonders why constitutional conservatives spend time holding them accountable. Maybe if the media did their job — or were at least half as informed as they’d like to pretend, we wouldn’t have to do it for them.

By making even less sense than Palin, the Palin-groupies that Steve quotes are paying their homage to DearLeaderPalin. All across the nation, Palin-groupies are huffing glue, knocking their heads against brick walls and giving each other icepick lobotomies, all so they can better emulate DearLeaderPalin's speech patterns.

And the dumb shits are trying to pass that off as clown makeup!

Man-faced women are always more fun if bent over and ridden from behind.

Opposing Authoritarian Ideological Fundamentalism.
.

One thing about which I can be absolutely certain is that Palin was not "laying a trap".

That was her.

Remember boys: This woman could have been one heartbeat away from being President if the Hard Right got there way.

Pretty scarey stuff... The GOP managed to get them into a place where this was the second best option. Palin is not the problem, it is the idiots cheering her on which are the most scarey.

Some GOP politician in the future is going to have to deal with them. Their influence on Congress has been destructive when they stay to there 'My way or No way' line. I think the GOP Moderates have to look at themselves and think are they closer to this fringe group on the Red team or are they closer to purple.

We are seeing it coming through in the primaries so far, the rise of the Moderate. It seems the mainline GOP is getting fed up with the children the party and there nonsense policies.

Kansas was the litmus test and they failed badly. This will be trooped out in every election, the opposition just say 'You got your way in Kansas and what happened there?'. Even there own party turn against them.

Liberals...and their dimwitted comments never fail to amuse me. They are indicative of the low mentality that put The Incompetent One in the White House.
